아주 조금씩 청킹으로 묶어서 읽는게 되고 있어요.

다만 수능기출문제를 푸는데,

답을 틀리네요~ㅎㅎ

세상만사 처음부터 술술 풀리는 일이 있나요~

그냥 꾸준히 열심히 하는 수 밖에 없죠.

오늘도 2개 지문을 독해 공부한 내용을 기록해 보겠습니당!

Although most people, including Europe's Muslims, have numerous identities, few of these are politically salient at any moment. It is only when a political issue affects the welfare of those in a particular group that identity assumes importance. For instance, when issues arise that touch on women's rights, women start to think of gender as their principal identity. Whether such women are American or Iranian or whether they are Catholic or Protestant matters less than the fact that they are women. Similarly, when famine and civil war threaten people in sub-Saharan Africa, many African-Americans are reminded of their kinship wtih the continet in which their ancestors originated centuries ealier, and they lobby their leaders to provide humanitarian relief. In oher words, each issue calls forth somewhat different identities that help explain the political preferences people have regarding those issues.

At the 2015 Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit, Ginni Rometty offered this advicd: "Wehn did you ever learn the most in your life? What experience? I guarantee you'll tell me it was a time you felt at risk." To become a better leader, you have to setp out of your comfort zone. You have to challenge the conentional ways of doing things and search for opportunities to innovate. Exercising leadership not only requires you to challenge the organizational status quo but also requires you to challenge your internal status quo. You have to challenge yourself. You have to venture beyond the boundaries of your current experience and explore new territory. Those are the places where there are opportunities to improve, innovate, experiment, and grow. Growth is always ate the deges, just outside the boundaries of where you are right now.

성장은 항상 가장자리에 있다 한계 바로 바깥에 여러분이 바로 지금 있는 곳의

 

사실 제가 영어공부를 시작해야겠다고 마음먹은 이유는 독해 때문이였어요.

개인적으로 프로그래밍을 공부를 하는데~

구글링을 하다보면 거의 다 영어였거든요!!ㅎㅎ

에러가 나서 문제를 찾으려고 했는데, 이건 해석만 하다가 시간이 다 갔죠.ㅎㅎ

지금은 영어 공부하는 이유가 다양해 지긴 했죠 ^^

 

리딩은 영어 공부를 하면서 아주 중요하다고 하더군요!

전 독해 공부를 하고~ 꼭 원어민 mp3를 듣고, 한번은 따라 말합니다.

근데 입에 잘 붙지는 않아요!

계속 반복해서 하다보면 되겠죠??ㅎ
